Meet Our Team
Maricela McCormick
Co Owner
Maricela cofounded McCormick’s Window Cleaning in April 2008 along with her husband, Todd. She was the driving force in building the business. Todd and Mari still enjoy working together after 15 years. When she’s not on a ladder, she is most likely on her mountain bike or spending time with her family, including her 4-year-old daughter Mila.
Todd McCormick
Co Owner
Todd co-founded McCormick’s Window Cleaning with Maricela in April 2008. He learned to clean windows working alongside his dad Patrick who owned his own janitorial business for 25+ years. More importantly, Patrick taught Todd to always put the needs of others first and to always give his best. When he’s not working, you can find him enjoying a hike with his family or watching a Padres game.
Jared Schwab
Crew Leader
Jared has worked with McCormick’s Window Cleaning since September 2016. He was our very first employee and we could not have found a better fit for our culture. He arrives early everyday and does whatever it takes to take care of our customers. On his free time Jared loves playing basketball, going to the movies, and hanging out with his friends.
Porter
Office Greeter
Porter joined the McCormick family in April 2020. His hobbies include going for walks, playing fetch, and stealing shop rags. When he’s not at the office you can find him sleeping at the McCormick’s home, or going on hiking adventures with the family.
