Not necessarily.  If we are scheduled to perform a Rain Gutter Cleaning, Solar Panel Cleaning, or Exterior Only Window Cleaning on a 1 or 2 story home, we most likely will not need access inside your home.  If we are scheduled to perform Premium Window Cleaning, Standard Window Cleaning, or Exterior Only Window Cleaning on a 3 story home, we will need to enter your home to complete the work.  We always enjoy meeting and chatting with our customers, but we can perform our work if you are not home as long as we have access to all areas that we need to clean.  

Sit back and relax.  We are happy to move furniture and other items around your windows to access them.  We treat everything in your home with care, but if you have any items that are especially valuable or fragile that will need to be moved, it may be best to move those items before we arrive.  For many services, we will need access to a working water source.
